Samir Doshi

Samir is a Senior Scientist at U.S. Agency for International Development’s Global Development Lab. He leads the Real-Time Data for Adaptive Management program, with a focus on how local communities can use digital technologies in complex environments to better monitor, evaluate, learn and adapt to emergent and dynamic situations across development and humanitarian efforts. Samir also supports USAID's Ebola response and recovery work and the strengthening of health systems and sustainable development in West Africa. Samir serves on the Board of the Humanitarian Innovation Fund, the Global Delivery Initiative housed at the World Bank, and other organizations.
