Dr. Patrick Singa is the medical director at Babylon Health Rwanda (babyl), which specializes in digital health and artificial intelligence. He is a medical doctor with 12 years of hands-on medical practice experience in both public and private health facilities. Singa has held senior positions within the Rwandan Ministry of Health, the United Nations, and other international institutions. He has extensive experience in public health, community policing, hospital administration, and human resource management.
