Hawa Talla

Hawa Talla is the Deputy Chief of Party in Senegal for IntraHealth International’s USAID funded Health Services Improvement program. She has over 16 years experience implementing effective communication and behavior change campaigns and has worked as the national program coordinator of the Senegalese International Planned Parenthood Federation and as the Director of the Siggil Jigeen network. Hawa has been a pioneer in advocating for the reproductive and maternal health needs of Senegalese women and is a lifelong advocate of better access to reproductive health information and services for young people.
