Erin Allmann Updyke is a third-year medical student and the co-host of This Podcast Will Kill You. Her past research includes water quality monitoring and the eco-epidemiology of Chagas disease. Today, her passion for disease ecology, education, and public health have combined in the popular science podcast, co-hosted by Erin Welsh, which explores the biology, history, and epidemiology of infectious and non-infectious diseases.
