Dayo is a trained medical doctor who has dedicated his life and career to innovating medical solutions, especially for use in health facilities in developing nations. Born in Lagos, Nigeria, Dayo, now a Candadian entrepreneur, founded Ligand Innovation Global, his medtech Startup to produce the D-Box, an innovative, battery powered, portable alternative to conventional ventilators. When COVID-19 hit the world in 2020, Dayo and his team re-imagined the D-Box, to produce a newer re-imagined version that can help cater to patients' unique needs. The D-Box is now the LifeAir G1 and Dayo's current focus is bringing this innovation to global markets by the end of 2021.
